Artist’s comment:

The name of the song means everything moved then everything stopped. The main goal of this little project was to capture the moment when you are starting to get involved in something that seems great, but it doesn't end up as you thought it would, so in the end you decide to let it go. This song for me is an emotional trip through that process.Also, with doing this I wanted to find out what will happen with my creative process when I don’t have any deadlines and constraints and no expectations from organisers of events or labels. The whole experience was really a breakthrough for me because I was always nervous about deadlines and I had to constrain myself because I was studying psychology at the time and my life was well organised and there was no space for playing around with music.

Kristian Bagarić (varboska) is a professor of physics and computer science and a self-taught music producer. Under the stage name varboska, he makes experimental electro-acoustic music with an emphasis on atmosphere and storytelling.'punk is not dead sessions' are the result of joint music between varboska and tonota, which took place in the garage where tonota had rehersals and in varboska's grandfather's apartment.
